Return Policy

Returns of Nestelli Diamonds products can be made in-store or through courier service. In the case of return via courier, the transportation cost will be borne by you, in accordance with legal provisions in this regard.

The return of Nestelli Diamonds jewelry can be made within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the date of purchase and only accompanied by the following documents: sales receipt or invoice, warranty certificates, and packaging. The product cannot be returned if it shows signs of wear.

For products purchased online, the value of the returned product will be transferred to the Buyer's account in 14 working days after the proper assessment of the returned product.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a purchased Nestelli Diamonds product, the exchange can be made directly in stores or online. An purchased product can only be exchanged for another product of equal value or a higher value.
