The warranty granted hereby ensures the consumers’ rights, in accordance with Law no. 449/2003 on the sale of goods and warranties related thereto and in accordance with Government Emergency no. 21/1992 on consumers’ protection.

The warranty for gold jewelry is 2 years for any failure of conformity existing on the date of sale. Authenticity and features of the precious material - gold 14k (585%o) / gold 18k (750%o) / platinum - and of gemstones inlaid/encrusted/mounted in the settings of the jewelry are guaranteed for life.

Warranty consists of repair or replacement, as the case may be.

Repairs for goods covered by warranty will be performed free of charge within 7 business days, if confirmed that the flaw is not attributable to the consumer.

The warranty does not include any damages caused to the jewelry item because of the failure to comply with the instructions provided in this certificate, by accident, negligence, inappropriate use thereof or other factors not connected with material or workmanship flaws.

In that case, repairs shall be paid by the purchaser. The client shall be advised of such cost before the repair is performed. Transportation costs shall be borne by the client, if delivery is requested.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Our recommendations for the best maintenance of NESTELLI jewelry:

• Be careful when wearing jewelry encrusted with gemstones or pearls, because their setting does not withstand mechanical shocks.

• Keep the jewelry in the boxes received when the items were purchased or in other boxes intended for jewelry. 

• Do not wear the jewelry during household/heavy activities or when it may come into contact with substances containing sulfur.

• Do not wear the jewelry during physical work.

• Avoid contact with chemical substances, as they may erode the material.

• Precious metals may lose its luster over time, if they frequently come in contact with agents such as perfume, salt water, skincare products, hairspray, chlorine or sulfur.

Depending on the frequency of wear, it is recommended for the jewelry to be examined and cleaned by a specialist at least once a year.

The client benefits from the possibility to exchange the item with another of at least the same value, and pay for the price difference, once, within 30 days after the date of purchase, only in reliance upon the fiscal receipt and only provided that the jewelry has not been worn and has no sign of wear because of inappropriate handling.

The rhodium layer used in white gold manufacturing may wear out in 6-12 months, and the jewelry may lose some of its shine.

For stone encrusted jewelry, if the stones become loose/fall out, during the period of warranty, the seller will replace them free of charge, only if the damage is not attributable to the purchaser.
